The Journey to Q2: How’s Your Report Card Looking?

Hello,

I trust you have been well and have had an awesome time in March. We’re officially at the end of the first quarter in the year 2022. March 31 is staring us in the face like a father who is asking his son for his report card. Don’t be anxious, I’m just here to talk. Lol

So how has March been? Has it been nice to you or has it been landing tough blows on you like Madam Bianca? Remember when we wrote down our targets for Q1 on the PUSH TO TARGET Vision Board during the convention in January, it’s now time for you to give your result, or at the very least evaluate your performance in line with the goals you had set for yourself. Where are you now? Are you a Shark, or a Gorilla? Or are you even a Lion? The rate at which many of us are going, I would not be surprised if we had some lions amongst us in March. Anything is possible if you’re Team Alvin Grey.

For those who are struggling to even get started, it’s not too late, there is enough time to get on the ladder. Don’t be too shy to ask for help when you need it. Also, it helps to recognize what you may be doing that has not been productive or helped you to achieve your sales target for the quarter. Doing this helps you be to be better prepared to take on the next one. You can win too. You can adapt the plan below in order to facilitate the achievement of your goals in Q2.

Week one: Identify 300 new prospects and review the list of prospects with your team for input

Week two: Finalize the list of prospects.

Week three: Email those prospects.

Week four: Follow-up with phone calls.

However, I think it important to mention that this is not only about you meeting your sales goal. It’s also about a host of other things; your personal development goals for Q1, how far have you gone with meeting them, those courses you said you were going to take, did you end up taking them? If you attended any of the programs at the Grey Academy or any of the masterclasses between January and now, you’re doing well. How far have you gone with your fitness plan for Q1? Some of us have registered in the gym since January but they have been looking for us there since January 2nd. Some of us swore on healthy diets this year but we are still entering the kitchen at 2 am to turn Semo. Yes, let me shake the table! Let’s do better in Q2.

How have you fulfilled your commitment to your family this year? Are you spending quality time with your family and loved ones? The hustle is real, no doubt but we must always remember to carry along the people we care the most about.

Finally, what about your savings and investment plans for Q1? How well did that work out? Don’t use all your money to flex and chill with the big boys. We’re learning to diversify our income and make our money work for us this year.

As we prepare to go into the next quarter, please remember, ”The best time to prepare for the second quarter (Q2) is… before it arrives”.

I wish you the best for the rest of this month and I’m hoping for an explosive Q2 for you.

With Love

From Miss Grey
